As part of our recruitment process, every potential healthcare staff or applicant undergoes a face-to- face interview after being shortlisted. Upon being successful in our interview, and as our commitment to delivering high quality support, we provide full training to our staff team together with continuous mentoring and staff supervisions to help our staff develop their knowledge and skills further and to enable our staff meet the expectation of our clients.

Additional specialist training is organised when required. All staff must have the required specific set of training and experience if caring for those with complex needs. Our trainers are qualified to train health and social care workers. All new employees would read and conform they have understood the information in our client’s plan of care and then shadow an experienced staff as part of their induction in addition to classroom-based training.
